Maybe I'm just jealous. 

Jealous of all those characters in books, and movies, and TV shows. 

I'm Jealous of how everything always goes wrong for them, 

but somehow, they always end up with more than they started with.

I wanted a perfect ending. 

Now I've learned the hard way that some poems don’t rhyme, 

and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, 

middle, or end. 

Life is about not knowing,

having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s to happen next.

being in the position to demand for it..

There are two people you’ll meet in your life. One will run a finger down the index of who you are and jump straight to the parts of you that peak their interest. The other will take his or her time reading through every one of your chapters and maybe fold corners of you that inspired them most. You will meet these two people; it is a given. It is the third that you’ll never see coming. That one person who not only finishes your sentences, but keeps the book.

sometimes all it takes is that one person to show you that it's okay to let your guard down, be yourself and to love with no regrets

Love doesn't always work. Thats how life is. But there's a reason why everyone wants it so much. Its the closest thing we have to magic.

Do you ever wonder where we’d be right now & how things might be different if we’d worked it out somehow?

I'll admit it. You weren't worth it. But that doesn't mean I want to hear it from everyone else.

Watching you walk out of my life does not make me bitter or cynical about love, but rather makes me realize that if I wanted so much to be with the wrong person.. how beautiful it will be when the right one comes along.

The bottom line is that we never fall for the people we're supposed to.

it's just like me to over-analyze your every word. thinking that maybe for a second, it meant something.

Don't be flattered that he misses you. He should miss you. You're deeply miss-able. However, he's still the same person who just broke up with you. Remember, the only reason he can miss you is cause he's choosing, everyday, not to be with you.

I want us to be able to live our lives and experience things apart from each other, but at the end of the day, I would want to be able to fall asleep knowing that our lives are intertwined in a way that only we can understand.

I’ll tell you what the end of the world will be like.. It will be a final moment; both terrible and heartbreaking.. absolute chaos. People running as fast as they ever have, cars filling every road and freeway, phone lines backed up trying to process millions of calls, fingers flying over keyboards, thumbs texting like rapid fire, long lines of people trying to cram themselves into subways and airplanes. All of them trying to tell someone else, I love you, it’s not the end of the world yet, but don’t wait until then to tell her. The worst thing isn’t the end of the world, it’s what you didn’t finish.. What you didn’t say when you had the chance.

Faith allows things to happen. It is the power that comes from a fearless heart, 

and when a fearless heart believes, miracles happen.

I had to learn the hard way that some people walk into our lives and 

physically walk out, but they never really leave.

We talked, we flirted, we liked each other, we never got together. You moved on, I moved on, but deep down, I started to love you. 

There is nothing like that first boy you were so afraid to lose, the one boy that 

changed your expectations and the one that you compare all the future boys in your life to, 

because deep down inside you know that he was the one that set the standard for love.

When you find out that someone likes you, a little part of you starts to like them back, even if you never had feelings for them before.

I don't care. Life is too short to be wondering what if. Sometimes you just gotta live and see what happens, even if you get hurt. Sometimes you can only feel something if you take a risk.
